Elizabeth Hills Residence

A 3-Storey residence inspired by modern industrial techniques with entertaining and outlook in mind.

Bardia House

Single storey light-filled residence where Contemporary design compliments French Provincial details.

Castle Hill Residence

This site, in particular, had a few challenging site constraints. The site offered a vast view of the Blue Mountains. However, not only were the views orientated to the west but also towards the street front. A bespoke architectural solution was required to allow views throughout the residence but also keeping in mind all environmentally sustainable design elements faces with a facade facing west which requires panoramic views.

The other major site constraint that was presented with this project is that fact that the site has a fall from the rear to the front of the property of 8m. Our office worked closely with the Contractor and Structural Engineer to come up with the construction method that was both practical and economical for this type of topography.

Smeaton Grange Industrial Complex

An industrial complex comprising of 6 warehouse units constructed of tilt-up concrete panels. The brief for this site was to allow sufficient heavy vehicle movement and allow all six units a street presence. This would prove to be a challenging but not impossible given the unusual shap of this site.

Gledswood Hills Business Hub

A 12,000 sqm mixed-use business complex within South-Western Sydney growth centre. This 3 and 4 storey development will provide a variety of business uses for the surrounding residents to use and enjoy.
